Stainless steel inner AEG barrel RAIZEN 6,01 - 595 mm (PSG-1, SVD)

Raizen precision barrels are made of the highest quality Japanese stainless steel.

daVinci has been using this quality steel for barrel production for over 20 years. The advantages of Raizen barrels are the quality of the material, workmanship and the tapered muzzle end which increases accuracy and muzzle velocity. The barrel has two grooves ("W") for locking the AEG/M14 chamber.

6,01 mm tight bore

In order to produce an accurate 6.01 mm barrel with minimum tolerance, it is necessary to use the highest quality material. This is the finest Japanese stainless steel SUS304. Thanks to it, a tolerance of +-0.005 mm can be achieved.

For use with the R-hop bucking, square milling was used to achieve 90° at the bottom of the hop window. Conversely, the top side edges of the window are beveled to 45° to avoid damaging (cutting through) the hop-up bucking.

The outer edge of the muzzle is also bevelled. This allows for a better seating of the bucking on the barrel. Hop-up bucking are made by injection molding, so there may be a small rounding of the edge inside. If the outer edge was not beveled, there could be a problem with seating/pushing the bucking onto the barrel in that case. The bevel on the Raizen barrel solves this problem and the bucking can be inserted into the correct position without any problems.

Notification:
Due to the precision of the barrel, it is important to use quality BBs to avoid jamming in the barrel. We recommend brands such as Madbull, G&G, BLS. It is also important to keep the inside of the barrel free of dirt!
