The EDGE Gen.2 airsoft replica series combines a metal construction with advanced electronics. Selected models are equipped with the HAL 2 electronic control unit, offering significantly improved trigger response and extensive firing configuration options. The EDGE Gen.2 series is intended for players seeking a technically advanced replica suitable for demanding gameplay.

The receiver and licensed floating Key-Mod handguard by Rock River Arms^® are made of metal. The barrel, flash hider, enlarged charging handle, and controls are manufactured from aluminum alloys (ZnAl). All screws, pins, and the ejection port are steel. The barrel is marked with a serial number.

The replica features licensed Rock River Arms^® markings, an American manufacturer of AR-15 rifles and accessories. The receiver is marked with an individual serial number and RRA branding.

Practical features include a QD motor grip, allowing quick motor access without tools, and ambidextrous sling mounts for attaching a tactical sling.

The replica is equipped with a Key-Mod handguard, allowing accessory mounting via additional rails – grips, flashlights, or laser modules. The Light Ops Stock is lightweight and minimalist, featuring non-slip cheek pads and a rubber butt pad for comfortable shoulder placement.

The majority of the construction is metal; only the pistol grip, add-on Key-Mod rails, stock, and flip-up sights are made from polymer.

The replica features a quick spring change system, allowing easy power adjustment without fully disassembling the gearbox.

From the factory, the replica is equipped with a spring providing a muzzle velocity of approximately 115 m/s (~380 FPS), suitable for mid-range engagements. The package also includes an M90 spring, reducing the velocity to around 90 m/s (~300 FPS), making it ideal for CQB or indoor use. The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries.

The barrel features a 14 mm counter-clockwise thread. The battery connector is Dean-T, and a Dean-T to Mini Tamiya adapter is included.

The replica uses a TDC hop-up chamber, allowing precise and stable hop-up adjustment. A precision inner barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm is installed.
