The new FLEX Gen.2 airsoft replica series combines an affordable price with modern electronics. Selected models in this series are equipped with the Specna Arms HAL electronic trigger unit, which improves trigger response and expands shooting adjustment options. The FLEX Gen.2 series is especially suitable for beginners and recreational players looking for a reliable gun without the need for immediate modifications.

The body, free-float handguard, mock bolt along with the Light Ops stock and pistol grip are made of nylon fiber reinforced polymer. Aluminum alloys (ZnAl) were used for the barrel, flash hider, enlarged charging handle, and control elements. All screws, pins, and the ejection port cover are made of steel. The barrel is marked with a serial number.

The parts fit together very well – there is no loose play between the upper and lower receiver parts. The use of a lightweight plastic body and handguard allowed for a reduction in weight, making it ideal as a primary weapon for fast-paced CQB games. Furthermore, thanks to the nylon fiber reinforcement, the construction is more durable than other standard polymer structures.

The replica is equipped with a quick spring change system, which allows for easy adjustment of performance without the need to completely disassemble the gearbox.

Out of the box, a spring with a muzzle velocity of approximately 115 m/s (~380 FPS) is installed, suitable for mid-range engagements. An M90 spring is also included in the package, which can reduce the output to approx. 90 m/s (~300 FPS), making it ideal for CQB or indoor arenas. The gun is fully adapted for use with LiPo and LiFe batteries.

The barrel features a 14 mm counter-clockwise thread. The battery connector is Dean-T; a Mini Tamiya adapter is included in the package.

The replica utilizes a Magnus TDC hop-up chamber, which allows for precise and stable hop-up adjustment, a Helium flat hop-up bucking, and a reinforced AEther gearbox. A precision inner barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm is installed.
