Pistol is manufactured by KWC Taiwan, one of the top airsoft manufacturers. This is a very successful replica of the Makarov PM pistol with a CO2 capsule power.
A realistic piece of this airsoft replica is the standard 9 mm Soviet pistol, used primarily as a personal weapon of officers of all kinds of troops, boat crew, submarines, and rarely aircraft and helicopters in most of the former Warsaw Pact states. It is characterized by small dimensions and ammunition used with good shooting characteristics which are sufficient for a combat gun serving as a backup weapon used to fight within 100 meters. The weapon originated in the 1950s in the USSR. Main designer is probably Nikolai Fjodorovich Makarov.
As well as its realistic design, this airsoft version also features a clean, nice look and fits well. Takes real weight. Right "Makarov" weighs 0.73kg and this ballgun has 0.71kg without a bomb!
The whole gun is metal. Plastic are just brown handles. BBs are loaded in the metal magazine (15 BBs, ideally 0.25g) and a standard 12g CO2 capsule. Once the gun magazine has been loaded, it is necessary to pull back slide. Just like a real artwork.
When you shot, the BBs are fired and the next BB is loaded into the chamber. Once you shot all BBs out, the slide remains in the back position, as the original one.
Hop-Up is adjustable by the lever on the side of the chamber. It is under the slide that it is necessary to take off. The enclosed, easy-to-understand, pictorial instructions guide the user through the functions of the weapon, chopping and maintenance of silicone oil.
KWC Makarov PM is a quality and realistically developed airsoft pistol that appeals not only to airsoft players but also to collectors.
