Airsoft rifle AK-74M Platinum (CM.053C), full steel construction, ETU

The Platinum series by CYMA pushes the boundaries of standard AKs to a new level. The CM.053C model combines the uncompromising realism of a Soviet classic with the modern technologies demanded by discerning players on today's airsoft fields.

APPEARANCE

This replica boasts a full-steel construction (including the receiver, dust cover, sights, and barrel), ensuring extreme durability and authentic weight. The handguard, pistol grip and folding stock are made of high-quality polymer, just like the real steel counterpart. A side mounting rail allows for easy installation of optics or red dots using a side mount.

On the right side, you will find the charging handle typical of AKs. To adjust the hop-up, simply pull back the charging handle and make the adjustment through the ejection port.

The outer barrel is also metal, featuring a 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) thread and an installed metal flash hider. The battery is placed under the dust cover. The gun comes with a Dean-T connector pre-installed.

INTERNAL PARTS

The PLATINUM edition is characterized by the high-quality parts used in its build. This includes a 6.03 mm tight-bore barrel, a modified V3 gearbox with a Quick Spring Change (QSC) system, Kestrel electronics, and upgraded internal components. When using an 11.1V Li-Po battery, the rate of fire reaches 25 RPS.

High-speed motor is complemented by 13:1 ratio CNC steel gears mounted on 8mm ball bearings, ensuring rapid trigger response and a high rate of fire. All of this is managed by the Kestrel electronics with an electronic trigger installed in the gearbox. The muzzle velocity is approximately 120 m/s (measured with 0.20g BBs).
