Withdrawal from the contract
Does the size of the uniform not fit or did you order a different item than you intended?
You can return goods purchased at our e-shop within 14 days after delivery without giving the reason.
Send the goods to us by the shipping service of your choice (do not send goods on cash on delivery). Shipping cost back to us is fully covered by customer.
For a full refund, the goods must be undamaged, with complete accessories. Please do not damage the original packaging. In the event the goods is damaged or worn out, the refund may be reduced by the cost of restoring the goods to their original condition.
The amount for returned goods will be refunded to your bank account immediately, but not later than 14 days.
If you need to exchange the goods, simply send us the original goods as per the procedure below and place a new order at our e-shop.

It is prepared for the easiest and fastest processing of the withdrawal.
If you do not use this form, please include a letter including the order number, item code (SKU), contact address, phone and account number.

Attach the completed form to the returned goods.
Place the goods in their original packaging and wrap them in additional protective packaging, e.g. paper, bubble foil, box, etc. Please do not damage the original packaging (box).
Secure the goods to prevent damage during transport to us.
Send the goods via shipping company of your choice to the address below or you can also hand over the goods in the store in Pardubice.
