Sleeping pad Z-LITE™ SOL Regular - Lemon/Silver
Z Lite SOL is lightest, most compact closed-cell foam pad with boosted warmth.
Always a favorite of the ultralight elite, the Z Lite SOL expands upon the utralight performance of the Original Z Lite by adding our reflective ThermaCapture™ coating to capture radiant heat and increase overall warmth by nearly 15%.
Factoring in the system of heat trapping dimples, the Z Lite SOL has an R-Value of 2.0, making it perfect for use on its own in warmer weather or layering under another pad for extra warmth in the cold.
The proprietary foams are softer on top for extra comfort and denser on the bottom for extra durability, making the Z Lite SOL an ideal closed-cell foam pad for those in need of an ultralight, highly compact and super-reliable sleep system.
- Advanced Warmth: ThermaCapture™ surface reflects radiant heat back to your body, amplifying the warmth of the heat-trapping dimples by 15%; use reflective side-up.
- Compact Design: Folding design is compact and easy to pack.
- Extra Durable: Virtually indestructible, the proprietary closed-cell foam provides lasting, economical comfort. Suitable for mountaineering, desert and general use. Ideal for long stays in remote places, because there is no risk of puncture and subsequent deflation as with self-inflating mattresses and air mattresses, any puncture or tear of the mattress will not reduce its properties.
- Layer It: Add 2.0 R-Value and protection from punctures when you layer the Z Lite SOL under another sleeping pad.
- Endless Utility: Sleeping pad, sitting pad, mosquito swatter... Fold it and find your best uses!

Therm-a-Rest
In 1973, the first self-inflating air mattress was launched under the brand name Therm-a-Rest, which was the joint effort of Jim Lee, Neil Anderson and John Burroughs, former Boing engineers. In 1972, they founded Cascade Designs in Seattle, under which the world's first self-inflating sleeping mat was manufactured and sold. In the following years, Cascade Design obtained patents for their solutions and continually innovated their product range - in 1986 they introduced a unique foam mattress, in the following years sleeping bags, lighter self-inflating mattresses, air pads with an extremely high R-value, and in 2020 patented valves for the mattresses.
Cascade Designs also markets high-end outdoor products under other brands such as MSR, Platypus, PackTowl, SealLine.
