Was there any defect when using the goods?
Goods purchased at our e-shop can be sent to us for a complaint.
Airsoft guns, their parts and accessories are often complex mechanical and electrical devices that are subject to wear and tear and failures can logically occur. Similarly, defects may occur in other types of goods.
Our goal is to resolve this unpleasant matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. Liability for manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated, is 24 months from the date of sale, in the case of an order via eshop, from the date of delivery of the goods.
Troubleshooting of airsoft guns and accessories
In case of a problem with the gun or accessories, we have prepared an overview of the most common malfunctions and their solutions. Some faults can be easily solved and do not need to be sent for warranty claims. It is prepared for the easiest and fastest processing of the complaint.
If you do not use this form, please include a letter containing your order number, SKU, contact address, phone and account number, and a description of the defect.
Attach the completed form to the claimed goods.
Place the goods in their original packaging and wrap them in additional protective packaging, e.g. paper, bubble foil, box, etc. Please do not damage the original packaging (box).
Secure the goods to prevent damage during transport to us - fill the box so that the goods inside do not move freely.
Send the goods via shipping company of your choice to the address below or you can also hand over on the store in Pardubice.
