Multi-layer coating with a unique blend of titanium particles mixed into an extremely hard and very compact surface. The surface is capable of:

• providing exceptional resistance to scratches, cuts, abrasions and wear
• offering strong resistance to the damaging effects of fats and foods with high sugar content

The set is based on the proven design of the popular Alpamayo product. The advantage is the light weight and attractive timeless design. The product is made of food-grade aluminium. It has a very thin layer of PTFE - Teflon on the inside. The main and unquestionable advantage of PTFE is its low maintenance and comfortable cooking. The food is easy to prepare and will not burn. The advantage is easy rinsing and cleaning. Just use a classic sponge or cloth.
