FALCON is a digital firing control unit for airsoft (FALCON Digital Firing Control System 3.0). It allows for various firing modes, trigger sensitivity settings, pre-cocking, and includes protective functions for the motor and battery.

The modes are set using the trigger and the response is indicated by motor vibrations. Falcon is compatible with 11.1 V and 7.4 V batteries and operates at voltages between 6 V and 14 V. If the voltage is too low or too high, the system will sound an alarm and stop working. The unit also monitors the condition of the gearbox and battery. In the event of a non-standard condition, the user is informed by vibration. A sleep mode function is also integrated to protect the electronics and reduce power consumption, turning off after 1 hour of inactivity. To reuse, simply disconnect/connect the battery.

Main modes (quick summary of settings)

• MODE 1 – 3 or 6 rounds burst, AUG mode: Set the selector to SAFE, press the trigger and hold it for 3 seconds until the weapon emits a single vibration. Release the trigger and press it again. The weapon should vibrate again, indicating that Mode 1 is activated. Press the trigger once to set a 3-round burst. Press the trigger twice to set a 6-round burst. Press the trigger three times for AUG mode. In AUG mode, a light press of the trigger sets a 3-round burst, while a full press of the trigger sets fully automatic mode. Set the selector to AUTO and press the trigger to fire.
• MODE 2 – trigger sensitivity setting (3 levels): Set the selector to SAFE and press and hold the trigger for 3 seconds. Release the trigger after one vibration. Press the trigger twice to enter mode 2. Press the trigger once to activate high sensitivity mode, twice for medium sensitivity mode, and three times to return to factory settings. The sensitivity setting applies to both firing modes: SEMI and AUTO.
• MODE 3 – Binary Trigger Mode: Set the selector to the SAFE position, then press and hold the trigger for 3 seconds. Release the trigger after one vibration of the weapon. Press the trigger three times. Set the selector to the SEMI position, then press the trigger once. The weapon will fire once when you press the trigger, and the next shot will be fired when you release the trigger. To cancel binary mode, repeat the above steps.
• MODE 4 – Pre-cocking: Set the selector to the SAFE position, then press and hold the trigger for 3 seconds. Release the trigger after the gun vibrates once. After pressing the trigger four times, the weapon should vibrate four times, indicating that the pre-cocking mode is activated. To cancel pre-cocking mode, repeat the steps above. Each time the parameters (e.g., spring, motor, or voltage) are changed, the procedure must be repeated to activate the pre-cocking system and ensure its proper functioning.

Protective functions

• Motor/gearbox protection: If the voltage is too high/abnormal or there is a danger, the power supply is automatically interrupted to protect the motor and gears — the unit emits 2 vibrations.
• Battery protection: FALCON is compatible with 7.4 V and 11.1 V Li-ion/Li-Po batteries; the operating voltage is specified in the manual as ~6–14 V. If the voltage is too low or too high, the power supply is disconnected and the user is alerted by an alarm. Low voltage is indicated by 5 vibrations — charge the battery before further use.

• 1 vibration = power on
• 2 vibrations = system error or stuck module (motor/gearbox cut).
• 3 vibrations = voltage too high.
