Tourniquet pouch MOLLE - OD

Pouch for a tactical tourniquet with MOLLE webbing.

The pouch was manufactured based on the requirements of the 121st Territorial Defense Battalion of the Central Bohemian Region.

The pouch is sized for standard C.A.T. Tourniquets and similar models.

Attachment to gear is handled via MOLLE webbing, with closure provided by hook-and-loop (Velcro). The tourniquet holder features a partial slit for easier insertion and, more importantly, quick removal of the tourniquet.

The pouch is fitted with a prominent red "T" marking and a red pull tab at the end of the flap. These elements serve for the immediate identification of the tourniquet among other gear on a vest or plate carrier, which is critical in emergency situations.

The tourniquet is not included with the pouch.

RIPSTOP

Material developed in the USA during the Second World War. It is manufactured using a special technique and is characterized by a very good weight-to-stability ratio and high tear strength. At regular intervals, thicker fibers are woven transversely and longitudinally into the material. This prevents defects from spreading when mechanically ruptured. The material is from the same manufacturer, and has similar specifications, as the ULENA material used for the production of the Czech Army equipment.
