INGREDIENTS: (as per 100g) Tomatoes, concentrated tomato juice, onion, 40g peppers (red, yellow, green), 40g green beans, cream (MILK), 29g sweet corn, 26g cauliflower, 23g rice, rapeseed oil, 16g tikka masala paste (vinegar, rapeseed oil, tomato purée, ginger, coriander, sugar, ground coriander, garam masala - (cumin, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)), paprika, sea salt, MILK powder, lemon juice concentrate, ground cumin, turmeric, ground fenugreek, green cardamom, chili powder, bay leaves, garlic, corn starch, red chili powder.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a cool, dry place.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Remove oxygen absorber, add 230 ml hot water (approximately fill line F), and stir the contents thoroughly. Seal the pouch, wait for 8 minutes then serve or eat straight from the pouch.
