Airsoft pistol EU8, burst, metal slide, Gas blowback - HYDRO TAN/CAMO
In 1980, the Austrian Army announced that it was looking for a replacement for the obsolete Walther P38 pistols. Glock assembled a team of experts and produced a working prototype within three months. The new gun was named the Glock 17 because it was the company's seventeenth set of technical drawings. After rigorous testing by the Austrian army, the Glock 17 was the winner of the competition. In 1982, the Glock was adopted by the Austrian army as the P80 (Pistol 80). GLOCK pistols are widely used in the civilian sector for self-defense, as well as by security forces around the world, especially in America, where they are one of the most widely used weapons. It has also received NATO certification and has become the standard service weapon of that organization.
Raven EU is a series of pistols with high-quality workmanship, performance, and compatibility at an attractive price, point to suit any Airsofters from young to old, casual to milsim.
The EU series gas pistols have a metal slide and polymer frame, just like their real-steel counterparts. The operation and disassembly are also realistic, and blowback is a matter of course. Like the original, it has additional grip back straps that ensure a secure grip for hands of any size.
EU 8 model features Full Auto/Semi Auto firing modes and include a vented slide.
The metal slide features fixed sights with highlights for better aiming. The frame is made of HIPS (High Impact Polymer). It features a bottom rail for installing accessories such as a flashlight or laser, a functional switchable trigger safety, and a classic trigger safety on the trigger itself to prevent accidental firing.
The gun has a functional slide and magazine catch, adjustable hop-up chamber, and polycarbonate nozzle. The magazine catch can be switched to the left side, which will be appreciated by all left-handed users.
A big advantage of the EU series is its compatibility with WE parts and magazines. It also features a precision barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm, which improves the accuracy of the weapon.
The metal magazine has a capacity of 23 BBs and is powered by Green Gas. It is possible to purchase an extended Raven magazine for 48 BBs, or another magazine, e.g. from WE. The hop-up is adjusted using a wheel on the hop-up chamber after removing the slide. The filling valve is accessible after sliding the magazine base plate.
