Airsoft rifle SGR 556 G3 System, Full metal, ETU, remote control
The G&G SGR 556 is a high-end all-metal gun with the G3 System, bringing many innovative solutions and taking airsoft guns to the next level.
The gun boasts an full-metal CNC machined M-LOK 9" handguard and CNC machined body with a matte finish. Completely the entire gun including the controls is made of metal. The only exception is the ergonomic vertical grip and retractable stock, which are made of polymer for added comfort. This is matched by the weight, which is a respectable 3036 grams.
All parts fit perfectly, the gun has no clearances - just a cutting-edge, one-of-a-kind weapon.
The handguard has integrated metal QD sling mounts for strap attachment and M-LOK system on the sides and bottom. There is a full length RIS rail on the top of the gun for mounting scope, red-dot or sights. The weapon has metal flip-up sights with elevation and lateral correction installed. The CNC flash hider and outer barrel are again metal.
There is an ambidextrous selector lever and ambidextrous magazine catch buton on the body. The bolt catch button is also functional. The charging handle is also ambidextrous, CNC made. The reinforced grip is ergonomically shaped with roughening for a more secure grip. Between the body and stock you will find a steel eye for attaching a single point sling.
The GOS-V8 buttstock is retractable, with a 6-position. There are 2 adjustment levers on the stock to release the stock lock. This way, shifting will always be quick and comfortable, no matter which side of the stock you grip. The advantage of this stock is the relatively large compartment for Li-Po batteries. Simply flip the rubberized buttplate of the stock. Battery compartment measures aprox. 10 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm. So there is no need to squeeze the battery with the wiring in the tube. On the stock, as well as on the handguard, there are metal QD sling mounts for attaching the two-point sling.
The G3 System is G&G's innovative split gearbox and hop-up chamber with lots of great features. With the G3 System, the gun gets a realistic break down, really fast spring change and easy ETU replacement.
The programmable ETU allows for pre-cocking feature, burst adjustment (1-3-5), trigger travel and diagnostics. The piston pre-cocking feature reduces time to fire by more than half. Settings can be made using the trigger or simply by the included G3 System remote control. The selector switch uses an optical sensor for maximum reliability.
Use the G3 System remote to control the gun's power-cut system function, burst settings, trigger settings, pre-cocking, ETU diagnostics and reset settings.
The hop-up chamber has also been redesigned and can be easily removed by simply turning it (Lock-in system). Adjustment of the hop-up chamber is done with a screw at the end of the handguard, on the gas block. The chamber contains a patented IR sensor system that will not allow further firing if an empty chamber is detected. This solution not only increases the service life of the gun (no firing "on empty" in case of a jammed BB or empty magazine), but mainly brings the operator closer to the real steel gun. In order to continue firing after changing magazines (reloading) it is necessary to press the bolt catch button. No original G&G magazines are required for this functionality, but the gun is functional with most standard M4 magazines.
