Description

Disposable fold plastic dummy restraints by EmersonGear®.

These are disposable handcuffs. Once tightened, the only way to release the handcuffs is to cut them.

Length 540 mm, width 12 mm. The package contains 3 restraints including 3 loops for quick tightening.
