Palm-stick (KBT-01)

Kubotan is a genericized trademark for a self-defense weapon developed by Soke Takayuki Kubota in the late 1960s. It is typically about the same size as a marker pen. The material is usually a hard high-impact plastic.

Also known as a palm-stick, yawara, pasak or dulo dulo, the inconspicuous defensive device is made of tough plastic and significantly enhances the user's defensive capabilities. The Kubotan can be used to deliver blows, pressure on nerve points or levers. The central part is knurled, which prevents the kubotan from slipping out of the palm. At the end it is equipped with a loop for hanging keys.

The Kubotan comes with a lanyard to allow it to be fixed on 2 or 3 fingers so that it stays in the palm of the hand if it is necessary to grasp an attacker. The length of this lanyard can be adjusted according to the user's requirement.
