Component details

Stainless steel cylinder

In most stock rifles the air cylinder is made from a thin aluminum tube, and with stronger springs the cocking handle joint can deform or fail. A stainless steel cylinder is therefore a key upgrade for higher power and long service life.

The cylinder is made from a seamless stainless steel tube with a smooth inner surface. The cocking handle stem is stainless steel, firmly screwed in and laser-welded around the full circumference – creating a very strong connection.

Stainless steel 7 / 9 mm rotating spring guide (L96)

This steel spring guide allows the use of standard 7 mm springs as well as 9 mm upgrade springs (inner diameter). The outer rotating body runs on a ball bearing, reducing friction as the spring twists under compression, making cocking smoother and helping extend spring and set lifespan. The guide is made from stainless steel with a smooth finish and is laser-marked.

Lightweight hybrid piston (L96)

Reinforced piston designed for high performance and durability. The hybrid construction combines a lightweight aluminum body, a POM ring for smooth sliding inside the cylinder, and a stainless steel sear catch. Updated sealing and an impact buffer help spread the shot impact and reduce stress on both the piston and cylinder head. Compared to the previous generation, the piston is significantly lighter (approx. 25%) – lower weight means higher performance.

Stainless steel cylinder head (L96)

• Machined from a single piece of stainless steel on CNC
• Sealing O-ring for excellent air seal with minimal losses
• Glued impact pad reduces piston shock and protects the cylinder
• Rounded nozzle lead-in for precise guidance into the Hop-Up bucking
• Chamfered inlet for optimal airflow direction into the chamber

The spring is optional in this set. Select the required type at the top of the page and add the set to your cart. The spring is made from high-quality spring steel, properly heat-treated, with ground ends.
