507mm S+ RETROFIT KIT for Silverback TAC-41

High-quality complete upgrade set from T-N.T. for the Silverback TAC-41 platform. The kit combines a precision 507 mm Solar Eclipse (S+) inner barrel, a one-piece CNC-machined hop-up chamber, H.L.R. VSR 60° hop-up bucking and an optimized steel cylinder head.

The inner barrel is manufactured from a single piece of bronze and finished with electroless nickel plating. This provides a hard and smooth surface, contributing to barrel durability and consistent BB guidance.

The kit includes a T-N.T. H.L.R. VSR 60° hop-up bucking. The hop-up chamber is compatible with standard VSR inner barrels and hop-up buckings.

CNC Hop-Up Chamber

The hop-up chamber features a one-piece CNC-machined construction, providing high structural rigidity, precise dimensions and consistent shot-to-shot performance.

The chamber features a TDC vertical pressure system, applying pressure directly from above onto the hop-up bucking. This design provides precise and repeatable hop-up adjustment.

Adjustment is performed using a top-mounted adjustment dial, allowing fast and intuitive hop-up tuning without disassembling the gun. The extended adjustment range enables finer tuning across a wider range of BB weights.

The chamber features a removable BB retainer assembly, simplifying bucking centering and correct installation.

The kit also includes an optimized steel cylinder head, designed to improve air seal consistency and correct bucking alignment.

For secure inner barrel installation, the chamber uses a dual barrel retention system. The combination of a positioning block and locking clamp securely stabilizes the inner barrel and minimizes unwanted movement during operation.

Solar Eclipse (S+) Inner Barrel

With a conventional inner barrel, the BB is pushed against the lower surface of the barrel as it passes through the hop-up contact area. This increases friction and reduces the efficiency of the hop-up system.

At the beginning of the S+ inner barrel, beneath the hop-up contact area, there is a micro protrusion (0.04 mm high) that helps lift and center the BB inside the barrel and reduces friction against the barrel during the initial stage of the shot. This allows the hop-up effect to be used more efficiently and provides greater BB rotation with minimal energy loss.
