Reinforced gasket designed for CO2 magazines for GBB gas blowback SMG, rifles and other compatible replicas that are prone to CO2 leaks around the piercing pin.
The gasket is made from a special urethane compound with high resistance to compression. Compared to the standard white Teflon gaskets used in original magazines, it offers greater durability, better resistance to deformation and more reliable sealing performance.
With a thickness of 3 mm, it corresponds to the standard size used in most CO2 magazines for GBB SMG and rifles.
Main advantages:
- reinforced design with high resistance to compression
- greater resistance to deformation and crushing
- reliable CO2 magazine sealing
- suitable as a replacement for a worn original gasket
- standard 3 mm thickness
- 8 mm outer diameter
Confirmed compatibility
- NorthEast UZI SMG
- GHK M4/AK/G17 (AK may require modification or adjustment)
- SRC MP40
Compatibility with replicas and magazines from other manufacturers may vary depending on the specific model, production date or batch. We therefore recommend checking the dimensions of the original gasket before installation. After installation, the new gasket should sit lower than the piercing pin.
Installation and important precautions
The original gasket of GHK AK-series magazines has a larger outer diameter. Refer to the image to remove the gasket, screw the guide in as far as it will go, and push the reinforced gasket into place (it is easier to insert if you push it in using a used gas tank). If the central hole is too small and the gasket is difficult to insert, please widen it to a tapered shape.
This is a replacement part intended for users with experience in CO2 magazine maintenance and repair. The original gasket must be removed and replaced with the new one.
If the original gasket is heavily compressed or stuck in place, it may be necessary to cut it with a hobby knife or similar tool and then remove it in smaller pieces. Take great care during this procedure to avoid personal injury or damage to the magazine.
Keep the sealing surfaces clean before installation and during use. Regularly inspect and clean the gasket.
Although this gasket is significantly more durable than a standard original gasket, use moderate force when screwing the CO2 cartridge into the magazine. Excessive tightening may damage or deform the gasket.
Note: This is an aftermarket replacement part. Compatibility with products from other manufacturers may vary depending on the specific version and production batch.
