109mm S+ RETROFIT KIT for ASG and KJ Works SHADOW 2 and SP-01 GBB pistols

The complete T.N.T. S+ 109mm Retrofit Kit is designed for ASG / KJ Works Shadow 2, CZ 75 SP-01 and B&T USW A1 GBB pistols. The kit includes a new-generation CNC-machined Hop-Up chamber, a T.N.T. TL-HOP GBB 60° Hop-Up bucking and a precision 109mm T.N.T. inner barrel.

The Hop-Up chamber is precision CNC-machined as a one-piece unit. Its one-piece construction provides excellent structural rigidity, precision and stable positioning of the individual Hop-Up system components.

The new design uses a dual-side inner barrel clamping system that precisely centers and securely fixes the inner barrel inside the Hop-Up chamber. The T-LOCK system supports both wide and narrow inner barrel locking grooves, providing greater compatibility with different MARUI-spec GBB inner barrels.

The integrated bucking side-alignment design ensures consistent bucking positioning during installation and contributes to stable air sealing. The proprietary mounting screw design reduces the risk of mounting hole deformation during repeated assembly and disassembly while simplifying maintenance.

The chamber also features a dual-side elastic support system that centers the Hop-Up chamber inside the outer barrel and minimizes unwanted movement. This improves alignment between the chamber and barrel.

Hop-Up adjustment is provided by an upgraded TDC (Top Dead Center) system. Its circular curved contact surface applies even downward pressure to the Hop-Up bucking, helping to produce stable and consistent BB backspin.

The stepless micro-adjustment mechanism allows fine Hop-Up tuning over a wide adjustment range for both lightweight and heavyweight BBs. A spring-loaded adjustment ring maintains constant tension and helps prevent the setting from loosening due to vibration or prolonged use. The adjustment screw also features an anti-slip treatment to further resist unwanted loosening.

The kit includes a T.N.T. TL-HOP GBB 60° Hop-Up bucking. The chamber is also compatible with standard MARUI-spec GBB Hop-Up buckings and inner barrels.

The precision 109 mm inner barrel is made of bronze and features a chemical nickel-plated surface. T.N.T. does not use an Air-cushion groove on inner barrels shorter than 220 mm because the Air-cushion effect is not significant enough at these shorter barrel lengths.

Installation notes:
For the Shadow 2, the kit is a direct drop-in fit and requires no modification. Installation in the CZ 75 SP-01 requires minor enlargement of the guide rod hole. This modification is recommended only for users with basic airsoft DIY experience or should be carried out by a professional airsoft technician.

Due to dimensional differences and manufacturing tolerances between individual airsoft guns, minor fitting adjustments or modifications may be required during installation to achieve an optimal fit.
