102mm S+ RETROFIT KIT V3 for ASG and KJ Works CZ P-09

High-quality complete upgrade set from T-N.T. for ASG / KJW CZ P-09 pistols. The kit combines a precision 102 mm Solar Eclipse (S+) inner barrel, a new-generation CNC hop-up chamber and a TL-HOP GBB 60° hop-up bucking.

The inner barrel is manufactured from a single piece of bronze and subsequently nickel-plated. This provides a very hard and smooth surface, contributing to barrel durability and consistent BB guidance.

The hop-up window is significantly larger than on conventional inner barrels. This allows the use of buckings with a large contact patch (up to 7 mm) and efficient transfer of hop-up pressure to the BB. The inner barrel is compatible with GBB-type hop-up buckings.

A T-N.T. TL-HOP GBB 60° hop-up bucking is included in the package.

CNC Hop-Up Chamber V3

The new-generation aluminum hop-up chamber features a one-piece CNC-machined construction, providing high structural rigidity, precise dimensions and excellent overall stability.

An integrated bucking side-alignment system helps keep the hop-up bucking correctly positioned, contributing to precise assembly and stable air sealing.

The chamber features a dual-sided T-Lock system supporting inner barrels with both wide and narrow locking grooves. The dual-side clamping structure precisely secures the inner barrel concentrically within the hop-up chamber, helping prevent unwanted movement or rotation.

A four-point elastic support system helps precisely center the chamber within the pistol and minimizes unwanted play and movement.

The upgraded TDC (Top Dead Center) system uses a circular curved contact surface to apply even pressure to the hop-up bucking. It features stepless micro-adjustment across a wide adjustment range, allowing precise hop-up tuning for both lightweight and heavyweight BBs.

A spring-loaded adjustment ring maintains constant tension, while the anti-slip-treated adjustment screw helps prevent the hop-up setting from loosening during prolonged use.

Solar Eclipse (S+) Inner Barrel

With a conventional inner barrel, the BB is pushed against the lower surface of the barrel as it passes through the hop-up contact area. This increases friction and reduces the efficiency of the hop-up system.

At the beginning of the S+ inner barrel, beneath the hop-up contact area, there is a micro protrusion (0.04 mm high) that helps lift and center the BB inside the barrel and reduces friction against the barrel during the initial stage of the shot. This allows the hop-up effect to be used more efficiently and provides greater BB rotation with minimal energy loss.

Designed for ASG / KJW CZ P-09 pistols using a 102 mm inner barrel. The chamber is compatible with standard GBB hop-up buckings and MARUI-spec GBB buckings and inner barrels.

Installation note:
Due to dimensional variations and manufacturing tolerances between individual airsoft guns, minor fitting or modification may be required when installing T-N.T. upgrade parts. For optimal performance, the manufacturer recommends installation by users with basic airsoft modification experience or by a qualified airsoft technician.

Inner barrels shorter than 220 mm do not feature the air-cushion groove, as according to the manufacturer its effect is not significant enough at such short barrel lengths.
