Delta ring/Barrel nut M4/16 washer - S (22,5x28mm - 0,1mm 5pcs)

Steel washers for precise handguard nut fit, resp. outer barrel AR15 (so-called Delta ring / Barrel nut). Proper lining eliminates the loosening of the nut and ensures a perfect fit of the forearm with the body of the weapon and a firm attachment of the outer barrel.

Proper lining of the forearm nut on AR-15 type weapons is very important for its perfect seating on the body of the weapon and especially for precise and sufficiently rigid fitting and securing of the outer barrel. Whether it is the so-called Delta Ring on classic M4/M16 plastic and KAC RIS forearms, or the so-called Barrel Nut on floating forearms. For a perfect fit with the upper body and 100% rigidity of the joint, not only sufficient tightening of the nut, but also its correct position is essential.

Most of the forearms depend on the specific position of the holes or notches on the nut. If the correct washer is not on hand, the forearm is either in the correct position but not tightened sufficiently. Otherwise, the forearm is well tightened but in the wrong position relative to the gun body. This is why EPeS washers in 0.1 mm thickness are such a great and important tool. The washers are made of spring steel, so they are characterized by high hardness and they do not squeeze and then loosen the joint.

It is recommended to secure the thread of the forearm nut against loosening with a liquid cotter pin.
