CNC POM Tappet plate - SR25

Unique CNC Tapped plate for SR25 gearbox.

This tapped plate, unlike the others, is manufactured by CNC milling from a piece of Ertacetel - C (POM) material. This material is very durable, flexible and has tremendous endurance under high stress. It is the ideal material for this type of high stress gearbox part.

The main advantage of the CNC machining tapped plate in particular is the absolute perpendicularity of the front of the plate (see photo) where the nozzle is. This eliminates the tuning of the correct length of the nozzle compared to standard tapped plate made by injection moulding plastic into a mould.

Standard tapped plate made by injection molding have a shape deformation in the critical front part, and the angle is negative or positive. This necessitates tuning the correct nozzle length. This is exactly the case when some users wonder why they have to use different length nozzles on the same gun (it's one of the main reasons). The CNC tapped plate solves this problem perfectly.
