Steel cylinder with integrated head and silent piston head - full, V2

This set represents an innovative solution for improving air compression efficiency in M4/M16 series replicas (Version 2 gearbox). Merging the cylinder and cylinder head into a single piece eliminates the most common air leak point and ensures maximum performance stability.

It consists of two main parts: a one-piece cylinder/cylinder head monoblock and a matching silent piston head.

Integrated Design: The cylinder head is a fixed part of the cylinder. This completely eliminates the risk of leaks at the joint, which often occurs in standard split components due to vibrations or shocks.

Full Cylinder: The cylinder has no porting, making it suitable for replicas with long inner barrels (approx. 450 mm and more) where maximum air volume is required.

Silent Impact: Both the cylinder head impact surface and the piston head feature a conical (funnel-shaped) design. This design directs airflow into the nozzle more effectively and, thanks to the rubber bumper, significantly dampens the piston impact, resulting in quieter operation.

CNC Piston Head: The aluminum piston head is equipped with a bearing that allows the spring to rotate freely, reducing stress and increasing performance consistency.

Notice: Due to the conical shape of the piston head, these two parts are only compatible with each other (within this set). They cannot be combined with standard flat piston or cylinder heads.
