CNC High torque-up gear set 100:300

Steel CNC high torque helical gears for airsoft guns with V2 and V3 gearboxes.

The gears have a gear ratio of 100:300. This gear ratio is designated as "High Torque Up" - i.e. super load. Due to the different relative ratio of gear segments and teeth, they can better handle the tension of a strong spring up to M190. In addition, the teeth are helical and allow better force distribution over a longer tooth area and a significant reduction in noise. For strong springs this is the best choice, although due to their gear ratio they reduce ROF slightly.

The gears are made of steel and molybdenum-chromium alloy on CNC machines. The axles of the sector and piston gear are mounted in ball bearings. This ensures lower friction, reduced noise and electricity consumption.

The gears are suitable for most airsoft guns with mechabox type 2 and 3. Not suitable for SR25, SVD AEG, PSG, L85. Advanced knowledge of the internal mechanism of electric airsoft guns and good shimming are required for installation of the gears. We recommend using M150 spring and piston with 15 teeth.
