CNC Standard bushings 8/3mm - 6pcs

Bushings with a diameter of 8 mm (8.02mm) made by precision CNC machining, made of high quality steel 90MnCrV8, heat treated (hardened) to a hardness of 58 - 60HRC and tempered to remove stresses.

The high quality steel, together with the resulting hardness, predestines the use of bushings on the strongest springs while maintaining a long service life. The bushings must be sufficiently lubricated with grease to prevent seizure and reduce friction.

The bushings have a standard height, the diameter is increased by 0.02 mm to prevent them from rotating in the holes of the gearbox. For mounting plain bushings, we recommend using a Reatro Arms Bearing tool. In our experience, it is not necessary (in most cases) to fix plain bushings by gluing.
