CNC Cube for AK Hop-up chambers
Hop-Up chamber support cube for AK type airsoft guns. The cube is made of aerospace duralumin EN AW 7075, which has the strength of steel and the weight of aluminum, so it is suitable for these stressed parts. The cube is manufactured on a CNC machining center and has a protective anodizing finish with a thickness of 5µm black and red (0.005mm). The support cube holds the Hop Up chamber for the AK in the body of the weapon so that it does not overturn.
For more convenient reloading of magazines and poor guidance of the magazine into the body of the weapon, there is also a plate next to the cube, which prevents incorrect insertion of the magazine into the body of the weapon. The magazine slides on the guide plate of the support cube and guides the magazine to the correct position in the weapon. This solves the problem of incorrect reloading and the weapon can be reloaded very quickly without damaging the magazine.
- Package Contents
- 1pc CNC support block (material duralumin EN AW 7075, anodized).
- 1pc Guide plate (material duralumin EN AW 7075, anodized).
- 2pcs Flat head screw M3 x 10mm (material steel strength 8.8, chemically blackened).
- 2pcs Countersunk head screw M3 x 10mm (material steel strength 8.8, chemically blackened).
To install, the weapon must be disassembled as standard, then remove the Hop-up chamber from the body and pull out the original plastic cube. Attach the hop-up chamber using the two enclosed flat head screws (you will need a 2.5 mm Allen key). Attach a support cube to the Hop-Up chamber, but without a guide plate, and insert it back into the body. We will install the gearbox and all other parts of the weapon. As a last step, we fasten the guide plate with the two included screws and secure the screws with thread glue (not necessary). This completes the installation.
The support cube fits all AK-type airsoft guns that have a Hop-up chamber with a plastic cube. The support cube does not fit into weapons that do not have a cube, such as AK47 weapons with a plastic body.
The RetroArms brand is based on the purely czech company Retro FACTORY s.r.o. Representatives of the company have experience with airsoft since 2001. In the beginning, the company was mainly a trading company, where the main activities were the design and commissioning of components for cooperation and assembly into functional units.
RetroArms does not compete with cheap chinese producers, but relies on the original design and high quality of manufactured parts.
Since 2013, it has a new production hall, CNC machine tools for machining complex components, a parts warehouse and a team of experienced workers and developers.
