BlueLabel Quick Release Jumpable Plate Carrier 2.0 - Ranger Green

Lightweight, comfortable and superbly designed tactical vest Quick Release Jumpable Plate Carrier 2.0 from the premium Blue Label product line of the well-known manufacturer EmersonGear^®.

The vest is made from genuine Cordura 500D and is designed to carry two SAPI inserts in size M (not included). The strength of this vest is the quick release system based on two QD shoulder and two QD buckles on the side, which allow the vest to be dropped in seconds. The side binding with mesh for ventilation and MOLLE system is adjustable, as are the shoulder straps.

The vest is ready for attaching other Jump Plate Carrier 2.0 accessories, such as Velcro pouches or a zippered backpack.

CORDURA

It is a polyamide fiber fabric that excels in strength, weight, abrasion resistance and flexibility, is easy to maintain and is tear resistant. Cordura is approximately 10 times more durable than cotton, 3 times more durable than standard polyester and at least 2 times more durable than ballistic nylon - one of the most durable fabrics of all.

YKK

YKK zippers are world famous for their quality and durability. They are most commonly found in jeans, but many outdoor clothing manufacturers rely on this brand of zippers. YKK makes their own production machines, uses their own materials, also produces their own zipper teeth and has their unique production processes.

RIPSTOP

Material developed in the USA during the Second World War. It is manufactured using a special technique and is characterized by a very good weight-to-stability ratio and high tear strength. At regular intervals, thicker fibers are woven transversely and longitudinally into the material. This prevents defects from spreading when mechanically ruptured.
