Velcros on the shoulder and waist to adjust the sizes. The vest is flexible and can be folded. One zipper molle pouch on the left , could be used as a medical pouch. One velcro pouch on the right. One open top thermal bottle pouch on the back to keep the water warm. Velcro design on the chest, and there is two velcro pouches , two small velcro pouches and a transparent velcro pouch. All the pouches on the vest could be take off if you like. Size is adjustable with the Velcro Strap through out the vest body. Can hold a front panel with the size of 36cm*22cm*2cm; and a back panel 33cm*26cm*2cm. Two small pouches on the upper front for 2 interphones, four pouches at bottom for 4 M4 magazines.
