G&G SMC-9 is the latest weapon made by G&G. This is a new 9mm caliber carabiner platform. The weapon is part of a frame set and represents a new and innovative ergonomics commonly sought after on the small arms market. The G&G SMC-9 is a pistol carbine like no other. Instead of the established practice of inserting a pistol into a shell from another manufacturer, the SMC-9 was designed from the ground up in this case. G&G built the carbine to contain all the working components that are normally built into the upper frame of the weapon. That is, the barrel, chamber, loadingnozzle, bolt, etc. A removable lower half of the pistol is then attached to the frame. With a range of double-sided controls, a folding stock and strap holders, the SMC-9 brings a new and compact platform ready for combat. It is suitable as a primary and secondary weapon. It is capable of semi and automatic firing.

The G&G Armament SMC-9 is based on the GTP9 platform and is compatible with the shorter 27 round GTP9 magazines, 50 long magazines, or optional drum magazines. The MLOK rail with CNC machining allows additional devices, such as lamps, lasers and front mounts, while maintaining an uninterrupted monolithic 20 mm upper rail for connecting optics or a collimator.

The frame of the weapon is made, as is standard at G&G, with high accuracy, no play and with a perfect surface finish. It is a combination of a metal alloy and a durable polymer, and the individual materials are difficult to distinguish from each other. The short, only 41 cm long weapon can be extended to 62 cm by tilting the stock. After unscrewing the compensator, the weapon can be equipped with a damper.

Most moving parts are logically double-sided. We will mention the closing of the breech, the catch of the breech, the magazine release, the shooting mode switch, the holes for the quick-release eye on the strap ... etc.

The long top rail is equipped with folding sights. These can of course be dismantled, but it is not necessary. It simply offers enough space between them for additional optical devices.

Adjustable Hop-Up is now an absolute standard, but G&G has also thought through this. There is a plugged-in control key in the handle behind the magazine. After removing it, it is placed at the end of the barrel in the compensator and by turning you regulate the Hop-Up. You will find a spare handle with a key in the package. The package also includes a long magazine for 50 balls, a quick-release eye for the strap, a ball filler and a wiper barrel.
