Rotary machine gun WE23-X - metal/polymer

CONSTRUCTION

The gun body, forearm and handle are made of reinforced polymer. Barrels and internal parts are metal. This construction ensures very good durability and gives the machine gun a decent weight of almost 4 kg. Still, the machine gun is easy to maneuver on the battlefield, allowing operators to remain mobile while maintaining high firepower.

BARRELS

The gun has 5 rotating barrels - each barrel is fired throughout the entire rotation. Each barrel has its own adjustable hop-up chamber and polymer piston. This internal configuration ensures high accuracy and consistency of fire and provides users with a great battlefield gaming experience. Hop-up adjustment is handled by a rotary wheel on the underside of the gun.

HIGH RATE OF FIRE

The WE023-X minigun is powered by an electric mechanism with a special gearbox. Inside, a polymer piston system and gears take care of the operation, allowing for a muzzle velocity of 105 m/s and a rafe of fire of 40 RPS using an 11.1V LiPo battery. The gun has a micro switch and mosfet installed.

HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE

The easy-to-fill magazine is attached to the bottom of the gun and is removable for quick reloads during play. To refill, simply pop off the rear cap and drop in the BBs. The BBs are pushed into the barrel by a spring-loaded baffle for reliable feeding. A nice detail is the transparent windows on both sides for quick checking of the ammunition status. The capacity of the magazine is 2800 BBs.

BATTERY

To power the gun, an 11.1V Li-Po battery is recommended (not included). With it, the gun reaches a ROF of 40 RPS. The battery compartment is located on the upperside. After sliding the safety off, its cover, which is attached to the front pin, can be flipped. The dimensions of the compartment are approximately 12,5 x 3,5 x 2,8 cm. It can easily accommodate larger Li-Po batteries. The gun has a Dean-T connector.

ERGONOMICS

The machine gun operates in Full-Auto mode, which offers rapid fire in situations requiring continuous fire support. The trigger grip features a ambidextrous mechanical trigger safety. The front handle provides a comfortable grip and easy operation. There are lugs on the handle and on the top of the gun for attaching the sling.

EXPANDABILITY

3 RIS rails (1x 5-slot, 2x 3-slot) are installed on the machine gun forearm for easy mounting of additional accessories. The forearm is equipped with the M-LOK system, which provides space for mounting a tactical flashlight, laser sight or additional grip, allowing the user to customize the configuration to their specific battlefield needs.
