Description

Airgun calibre 5,5 mm designed for target shooting. The weapon uses pellets or BBs as ammunition. It is not an airsoft replica.

High-performance pumping air rifle Norconia P1.

P1 uses compressed air for propulsion. The cylinder in the gun is pressured by tilting and retracting the forearm. The number of pulls (cylinder pressurization) determines the muzzle velocity. 2 pulls can fire the pellet at 119 m/s, 6 pulls 350 m/s.

The advantage of this system are

  • simple operation
  • low weight
  • no cocking handle
  • no vibration
  • no recoil

The P1 is well made - the stock is clean, with accentuated cheek piece, made of beech wood. There is a rubber pad on the end of the stock for greater comfort when shooting. Sights are fiber-optic for better aiming, rear sight is fully adjustable. The pump forearm, sights, trigger guard and upper receiver are made of durable polymer. Other parts are metal.

There is an 11 mm Dovetail rail on the top of the gun for the installation of scope rings with the scope.

The easily accessible and operable safety is behind the trigger. To insert the pellet, just press the protruding lever on the upper right side of the slide. This will cause the slide to spring back and open the loading chamber. Once the pellet is inserted, the slide is pushed back and the gun is ready to fire.

The barrel of the 5.5 mm (.22) calibre, 606 mm long, is grooved. Its length ensures precision shooting. Diabolos (pellets) are used as ammunition.

With repeated cocking, as the pressure in the cylinder increases, the resistance to return the forearm increases with each additional cocking. From about the 5th cock it takes a lot of force to return the forearm.

Never pump more than 8 times! Damage to the gun could occur and also residual pressure could remain in the gun and the gun could fire unexpectedly.
