Zbraně Dan Wesson nesou jméno svého zakladatele Daniela B. Wessona II, pravnuka původního Daniela B. Wessona, který byl spoluzakladatelem slavného výrobce zbraní Smith & Wesson.

Revolver Real Steal Model 44, který byl původně představen v 80. letech 20. století, se vyráběl převážně s 6palcovou hlavní - existovalo však více variant délky hlavně. Byl vyvinut pro střelbu na terč a lov. Když se řekne Dan Wesson, vybaví se většině legendární dvojčinné revolvery této firmy Model 44, jako je tento.

Velice věrná, celokovová kopie reálného revolveru DAN WESSON 6" se všemi detaily, včetně rychlonabíječe s náboji.

Zbraň je vyráběna na základě zakoupené licence Dan Wesson a každá nese jméno Daniela B. Wessona, spoluzakladatele firmy Smith&Wesson. Má autentické značení a individuální sériové číslo vyražené do rámu.

Revolver Dan Wesson je vyroben z kovu s výjimkou ergonomické rukojeti zhotovené z tvrdého ABS plastu s logem DW. V rukojeti je uložena 12g CO2 bombička, která je snadno přístupná posunutím rukojeti dozadu. Bombička se utahuje integrovaným klíčkem na spodní straně pažbičky. Stačí vložit bombičku, dotáhnout šroub, zasunout střenku zpět a jste připraveni ke střelbě. Bombička vydrží přibližně 50 výstřelů.

Revolver je vybaven dvojčinnou spouští (Double-action), tzn. jedním stiknutím spouště dojde k pootočení bubínku, natažení kohoutku a výstřelu. Pro přesnější střelbu je možné kohoutek natáhnout samostatně a stiskem spouště pouze vystřelit. Chod spouště je v tomto případě výrazně kratší a hladší a zmenšuje se riziko, že si při výstřelu zbraň „strhnete“ do strany.

Bubínek je vyroben z jednoho kusu kovu a přispívá tak k celkově masivnímu dojmu, který z revolveru cítíte. Pro výměnu nábojnic stačí posunout tlačítko za bubínkem a vyklopit bubínek do strany. Tlačítko slouží zároveň jako manuální pojistka kohoutku (posunutím dozadu). Samozřejmostí je i vyhazovák nábojnic – tyčka v ose bubínku, která po stlačení povytáhne nábojnice z bubínku.

Přebití je díky rychlonabíječi, který je součástí balení, velice snadné a rychlé. Do každé nábojnice vložíte jednu 4,5 mm diabolku, nábojnice zasunete do rychlonabíječe, držák rychlonabíječe stlačíte a pootočíte doprava. Tím se zajistí nábojnice proti vypadení. Poté již stačí jen nábojnice vložit do bubínku a lehce dotlačit. Uvolní se pružina a nabíječ nábojnice takřka vstřelí do bubínku.

Revolver má na horní straně 11 mm Weaver lištu a nastavitelné zadní hledí pro větší realističnost a přesnost.

Revolver se dodává s rychlonabíječem, 6 cm RIS lištou pro instalaci kolimátoru a 6 ks 4.5 mm náboji. Lišta se připevňuje se na horní rám - nejdříve demontujete zadní hledí, poté nasunete RIS lištu, zajistíte červíkem a vrátíte zadní hledí zpět.

Poznámka

CO2 bombičky jsou jednorázové, neplnitelné. Je nutné bombičku vystřílet a nenechávat ve zbrani zbytečně pod tlakem - degradovalo by těsnění. Po každé cca 10. CO2 bombičce doporučujeme použít jednu CO2 bombičku se silikonovým olejem. Prodloužíte tím životnost zbraně.

The Real Steal Model 44 revolver, originally introduced in the 1980s, was made primarily with a 6-inch barrel - but there were multiple barrel length variations. It was developed for target shooting and hunting. When you say Dan Wesson, most people think of the company's legendary Model 44 double-action revolvers like this one.

A very faithful, full metal replica of a real-steel DAN WESSON 6" revolver with all the details, including the speed loader with cartridges.

The guns are manufactured under a purchased Dan Wesson license and each bears the name of Daniel B. Wesson, co-founder of Smith & Wesson. It has authentic markings and an individual serial number stamped into the frame.

The Dan Wesson revolver is made of metal except for the ergonomic grip made of hard ABS plastic with the DW logo. The grip houses a 12g CO2 cartridge which is easily accessible by sliding the grip backwards. The cartridge is tightened by an integrated key on the underside of the grip. Simply insert the cartridge, tighten the screw, slide the grip back in and you are ready to fire. The cartridge will last approximately 50 shots.

The revolver is equipped with a double-action trigger, i.e. one pull of the trigger turns the cylinder, pulls the hammer and fires. For more accurate shooting, the hammer can be cocked separately and only the trigger pulled to fire. In this case, the trigger travel is significantly shorter and smoother and the risk of "pulling" the gun sideways when firing is reduced.

The cylinder is made from a single piece of metal, adding to the overall solid feel of the revolver. To change cartridges, simply slide the button behind the cylinder and tilt the cylinder to the side. The button also serves as a manual trigger safety (by sliding it back). Of course, there is also a cartridge ejector - a rod in the axis of the cylinder that, when pressed, lifts the cartridges out of the cylinder.

Reloading is very easy and fast thanks to the included speed loader. You insert one 4.5mm pellet into each cartridge, slide the cartridges into the speedloader, squeeze the speedloader holder and rotate it to the right. This secures the cartridge against falling out. After that, all you have to do is insert the cartridges into the cylinder and lightly press. The spring is released and the loader almost shoots the cartridges into the cylinder.

The revolver has an 11mm Weaver rail on the top and an adjustable rear sight for greater realism and accuracy.

The revolver comes with a speed loader, 6 cm RIS rail for red-dot installation and 6 pcs of 4.5 mm cartridges. The rail attaches to the top frame - first you remove the rear sight, then slide the RIS rail on, secure with a worm and put the rear sight back on.

Note

CO2 cartridges are disposable, non-refillable. It is necessary to empty (shoot) the cartridge before removing and not leave it unnecessarily pressurized in the gun - it will degrade the seal. We recommend using one CO2 cartridge with silicone oil after each approx. 10. cartridges. This will extend the life of the gun.
