Airgun pistol LOV 2, cal. 4.5mm (.177)
Airgun of 4.5 mm calibre designed exclusively for target shooting. The weapon uses pellets or lead BBs as ammunition. It is not an airsoft replica.
Airgun pistol LOV 2 by Czech company Lověna is a very simple pistol for pellets.
It is designed for fun and recreational shooting at about 5 meters without great demands on accuracy. Its performance and the materials used do not ensure completely accurate target shooting, but its advantage is its price and simple construction.
The body of the gun is plastic, the barrel is not grooved. The sights are fixed, non-adjustable.
The gun is prepared for firing by pressing the barrel guide tube in the body of the gun. The pistol in its unloaded state is grasped by the hand by the buttstock, the barrel is rested on a solid pad and pressure against the pad is applied to engage the trigger mechanism. You then unscrew the rear barrel screw, insert a 4.5 mm pellet into the chamber and screw it back in. The pistol is now ready to fire.
When the gun is fired, the whole barrel moves forward and the gun kicks at the end.
It is recommended that the pistol remains unloaded after the firing is completed to avoid unnecessary stress on the mainspring. In normal use, the pistol is maintenance free.
According to the Czech Firearms and Ammunition Act, this weapon is classified as category D. Category D weapons can be purchased from the age of 18 without a firearms licence or registration. Category D weapons must be carried concealed and stored in the same way as real steel firearms. The weapon may be used at a range or designated safe area.
If you are ordering a weapon to a country other than the Czech Republic, check the legislation in force in your country - what are the conditions for acquiring, owning and firing the weapon.
