The Focke-Wulf Fw190 A-3 is a single-engine, single-seat German fighter aircraft of World War II. The A-3 version was produced from the spring of 1942 and was characterized by the use of the more powerful BMW 801 D-2 engine and the first use of the Umrüst-Bausätze supplementary suspension armament.
