Order storno.
Buyer can storno (cancel) order prior 2 hours after final confirmation by sending email to info@airsoftpro.cz, and in subject type STORNO. All fees will be returned to the buyer.
Damaged shipment.
If the transport company damage your parcel content, contact your local post office immediately. They have to write down damage report. Contant us about your problem by e-mail to find out the best solution.
Order is not complete.
If you received order which is not complete, please accept our appologize. Please contact us by Email and write down your order number. We will immediately find solution how to fix it.

Return goods.
If you are EU resident you can return ordered products within 14 days based on EU laws. But goods must be un-used, packed and with all accessories. Batteries cannot be returned. If you want to return some goods to us, please contact us by E-mail.
Warranty and claims.
Based on EU law, warranty of all products (excert batteries) is 24 months. If you have some problem with our goods, please ship failed products to this address: Jan Chyba, Bartonova 925, 53012 Pardubice, Czech Republic.

- Letter with problem description
- Your battery
- Warranty list
We will judge your claims within 30 days after acceptance.
